Half a million and going strong!

Thanks for the continued support!

Since starting in February of last year The Swansea Way has grown into a website with a number of fine contributors on both sides of the Atlantic, and today we've seen the pageviews counter tick past the 500,000 mark. Quite a landmark if I say so myself, and not bad for a little old blog about a little old team.

The growth we've seen would have been impossible without the support of the online Swansea City fan community, and at present I'm working hard to be able to provide more quality content on a more regular basis. The aim is to become a one-stop-shop for everything Swansea City - news, previews & reviews...if something has happened we want to be accurately and honestly covering it.

Preliminary discussions have taken place with several local businesses with regards to advertising which would allow me to devote more time to the site; attending training sessions, and hopefully even obtaining the odd interview or two. With more time the possibilities are endless, so I've got my fingers crossed that in the near future you'll see a marked increase in the coverage we're able to provide.

Again, thank you for the support.

If anyone is interested in getting involved and writing for the site, you can get in touch via Twitter or by emailing scott@theswanseaway.co.uk - more contributors are always welcome and you'll be joining an eleven-strong team of writers committed to delivering quality writing about the Swans.
