Keith Haynes agrees rolling contract to write guest articles
Keith Haynes |
In something of a shock move, The Swansea Way can officially announce the first transfer in it's short history - Keith Haynes has agreed to come on board! Keith has agreed to write articles on an ad-hoc basis, so expect to see his musings whenever he feels there's something worth talking about, and as anyone who's familiar with his writing will know he's not afraid to say it like he sees it.
Since putting pen to paper for his first book Come on Cymru in 1998, he's gone on to write another eight books, including Another Day In The Office (A biography of Roger Freestone), Vetch Field Voices, and Shine On Swansea City, and he's recently agreed to write an account of the Swans' centenary season, entitled "Laudrup SA1". Having a writer of his quality making contributions to the site can only be a good thing, so stay tuned for his first article! Quite a bit of the feedback I've had about the site has included something along the lines of "there was a lot of stats..." so perhaps getting someone else's point of view has come none too soon! Far any stat afficionados out there though, don't worry, the season's starting soon and I'll have plenty for you guys to mull over.
As you may be able to tell from the link that's appeared on the top left of the page, Keith has an online shop, where you can buy any of his books, including the best sellers Walking On Sunshine & Shine On Swansea City. Click here to check it out: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Keith-Haynes/e/B001K8871A
